Military
Tsseh had a potent malison strike force, but relied primarily on allies, such as lizardfolk and bullywug tribes, for the larger infantry.
The Tsseh empire was a federation of yuan-ti cities in southeastern Oshmondu.
History
Western Bachulu's jungles were home to a variety of ancient yuan-ti cities. With the rise of cling-clang pirates, they federated under a single anathema ruler. They also managed to subject a number of others, including mainly lizardfolk and bullywug. Most of the time, they coexisted with the cling-clang - and manipulated them from the shadows.
With the southern conquest of the Ochebana Empire, Tsseh turned its focus on the humans, dispatching large numbers of purebloods to infiltrate the Venan and Troller provinces.
During the Orc Wars, Tsseh sided with the Bonebreakers, causing much damage in Ochebanian ranks. Afterwards, they fought alongside Zann'Elth on the surface and underground, using mainly their large "allied" infantries, such as the Feshnek lizardfolk. When the Tyrana turned against the orcs, Tsseh officially joined the new Zannyr Empire.
Administration
The stability of Tsseh was completely based on the presence of an anathema ruler. The main cities invested huge amounts of resources in attempting to create a new anathema as the ruler's successor.
