Hobgoblins were one of the goblinoid subraces. They were regarded as "savage" members of the humanoid races on Oshmondu.

Physiology

Hobgoblins were on average 1.5 - 1.8 meters tall, with women being somewhat thinner and taller than men. This made them the smallest and weakest staple savage race, compared to orcs and ogres; they were nevertheless stronger than the average human or elf.

Hobgoblins all had yellow eyes and relatively good night vision. However, individuals living outside the feywild rapidly abandoned the nocturnal lifestyle due to different environmental conditions.

Reproduction

Hobgoblins reproduced sexually. Pregnancy lasted around 7-8 months, and often resulted in twins or triplets. However, almost one in two children were born infertile.
