The Silmarilus, meaning "six beauties" in High Elvish, was a fey pantheon as ancient as time.

Mythology

Six ancient fey once lived in a realm called Feywild, before they banded together and decided to craft a plane of their own - Silma Fael. In the Weave, this plane lied above the Feywild, so they could easily move from one to the other. They lived happily in their realm, watching what was going on in the Feywild. They saw how two fey queens challenged each other to create a race, to see which would be best.

The Silmarilus decided to adopt one of the two creations, caring for them and giving them their own name and language. In this way, the elves were born, and quickly spread over the Feywild. A tragedy shook the pantheon in 4'518 b. OW, when the terrible Elvish Wars started. A corrupt demonic entity, Lolth, stole the dark elves. As the Elvish Wars concluded with the fall of the Elvish Empire and the retreat of the now evil drow into the Caverealm, the dark elven goddess Meanillaue faltered and fell from Silma Fael, retreating to a nomadic life trying to regain her people out of the claws of evil Lolth.
