> Staple Race. Most elven states, including the Silurian kingdom, have a backbone formed by high elves. They are very numerous and have a knack at forming civilizations.

> Most Considerate. High elves are good at uniting other elven races together, often making them diplomats and state officials. They are very calm and look upon everything with an educated eye.

> Mixed Flair. Most high elves have pale white skin and blonde hair.

Racial Traits

Ability Improvement. Your INT modifier increases by 0.5.

Age. High elves become adults around the age of fifty, and are still considered young until they are 250 years old. They live up to 800 years.

Epic Racial: You learn a 1st level wizard spell that you can cast at will. You use Intelligence as spellcasting ability.
