> Litchy Natives. A rare kind of elves can be found in the deserts of Litchy, where they formed states of their own.

> Solitary Realms. The sand elven states in Litchy's deserts were ones with a pure sand elven population, and no other races. They hate other races, especially when these enter upon their territory. They'd kill without remorse whenever anyone trespassing came within bowrange.

Age: Sand elves grow up quickly, becoming adults around 15 years in age and living two centuries.

Racial Traits

When you choose this subrace, you gain the following traits:

• Ability Improvement. Your CON and DEX modifiers increase by 0.5.
• Child of Sand. You have resistance to fire damage and can easily survive in deserts, needing only a ration of water per week instead of per day.
• Sand Camouflage. You can easily hide in deserts. You have proficiency in Stealth, and have advantage when trying to hide in deserts.

When you reach 25th level, you gain this additional trait:

• Epic Racial: As a bonus action, you can take the Dash action, moving without provoking opportunity attacks. Once you've used this ability, roll a d4 at the start of each of your turns: if you roll a 2 or 4, you may use this ability again.
